Details for the Weekend:

Please plan to arrive in Orlando, FL, no later than 4pm EDT Thursday if you'd like for us to pick you up from the airport. Your VIP Experience begins once we meet in person, and will continue until you depart on Saturday.

For early arrivals, you may join us for a light dinner in our home on Thursday evening from 6 to 7pm EDT. Your experience will begin in ernest at 7pm Thursday evening, when we will meet for a couple of hours to go over the game plan for the weekend, establish best practices for you to get the most out of your experience, and define your objectives and goals for the next 40+ hours.

We will wrap up our first evening with cocktails or mocktails of your choosing in our social lounge. This process of winding down and relaxing the mind can also elevate and stimulate your mindset and even inspire creativity for your business and life.

We will begin both Friday and Saturday at 8:30am for breakfast. Please let us know of your dietary restrictions and preferences in advance.
The official morning sessions will begin at 9:30am and include a 15-30 minute movement and bio-break before we adjourn for lunch at 12:30pm.
Lunch will be served in our home as we continue our business conversations over the 1-hour break.
Our afternoon sessions will commence at 1:30pm and wrap up at 4:30pm also having a 15-30 minute movement and bio-break.
* On Saturday, we will wrap up your VIP Experience at 4pm so that you may arrange for easy return travel. *
On Friday between 4:30 and 6pm, you will have some personal time to integrate and refresh yourself.
At 6:00pm on Friday evening, we will take you out on the town for a gourmet dinner at one of our favorite restaurants.
After dinner, we will return to our home for an evening session in the lounge and finish with some "chill" time before you retire for the night.

Please come prepared to present any questions, or challenges you are facing with your business.
You will have ample opportunity to network with other participants (if any).
Part of the VIP Experience is also to support the development of your own freedom lifestyle, so we will be very transparent about how we design our life, our days, and our vision.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:
Your investment in the Small Group VIP Experience is non-refundable; however, it may be credited toward another VIP Experience or any other service(s) offered through the Authority Academy.
If you are unable to attend, for any reason, you may request a date change within 7 days of the scheduled event. 
Any changes made within 48 hours of the event shall incur a $250 change fee as we will have incurred out-of-pocket expenses in preparing for your visit.
These VIP Experiences are designed to be small, especially since guests will be staying in our home; however, we reserve the right to cancel any Small Group VIP Experience if the number of registered participants falls below two (2), or if we experience any health emergencies.
If a Small Group VIP Experience is canceled, your investment may be refunded, or you can take advantage of priority registration for a future event.
